Shop Policy

Shipping & Processing 
Processing time after your purchase is 1-3 business days. Custom orders can take up to 7 days to process. Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification via email saying your order has shipped. 
We ship through the United States Postal Service. Shipping can take 3-7 business days. Due to COVID, there may be delays in shipments. 

Refund and Missing Items 
Refunds are only given if items are received broken or damaged. We will do an investigation, then a refund will be given. If your item is not delivered to you within 10 days after processing times please contact USPS (if you have received a tracking number). 

Placing Orders
Please make sure that you leave the correct address and other information when checking out. If your package is sent back due to an incorrect address you will have to pay a $4 shipping fee.
